Jay Motorwala, the Claritel Founder and Managing Director

Jay Motorwala | Managing Director

Jay Motorwala founded Claritel in May 2011 and leads the business as Managing Director. With strong expertise in telecoms and a hands on leadership style, he manages key relationships with customers and suppliers, helping keep everything moving smoothly across the business. His role combines commercial focus with day to day oversight, making sure the right conversations are happening, the right decisions are being made, and every part of the business continues to work well together. As Jay puts it, he is a professional juggler, keeping all the plates spinning and making sure nothing falls over. Outside of work, Jay has a real passion for motorcycling, which has taken him across the UK, France, and Spain. He also loves the outdoors, enjoys long countryside walks, and is a big foodie who loves eating out.

Adam Robinson | Head Of IT

Adam Robinson leads Claritel’s IT function and oversees the MSP side of the business, combining day-to-day operational focus with a clear strategic view of what clients need next. He works across service delivery, technical direction and continual improvement, helping ensure customers get reliable support, resilient systems and practical advice that makes sense. With a calm, structured approach, Adam is passionate about building services that scale as clients grow, while keeping the experience simple and straightforward for end users. Outside of work, Adam enjoys watching football and is an avid football fan. He is also PADI Advanced Open Water certified and loves scuba diving, particularly in the Indian Ocean and the Red Sea. When he is not in the water, he enjoys watching films with the family in their home cinema, and his favourite way to switch off is going on holiday.

Shaby Naviya | Account Manager

As an experienced account manager, Shaby fosters strong relationships with customers, understanding what they need now and what they will need next. Through regular check-ins, Shaby spots opportunities to improve or expand services, including upsells and cross-sells that genuinely add value for our clients. Shaby’s approach is consultative and future-focused, helping clients choose solutions that support their goals and stay fit for purpose as the business grows. Outside of work, Shaby enjoys time with family, travelling, and exploring new cultures and great food.

Jordan Greenwood | Operations Manager

Jordan is responsible for overseeing technical operations and leads field engineering team, responsible for site installations and system deployments. He specialises in WiFi and network installations, helping make sure solutions are set up properly, perform reliably, and meet each client’s needs. Jordan also supports day-to-day account management within Claritel and contributes to more detailed proposals. With a strong technical background and a practical approach, he plays an important part in delivering solutions that are fit for purpose and built to support the customer long term needs. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with family. When he gets the chance, he also likes gaming, reading, watching films and TV, painting models, and playing Warhammer 40k.

Masi Karodia | Support Manager

Masi is the Claritel Support Manager and brings energy and accountability to the support team, with a focus on making sure clients feel supported, listened to and looked after. He does not just manage tickets, he takes ownership. That means improving response times, tightening internal processes, and spotting issues before they escalate. Masi believes great support should be consistent and proactive, matching the high standards Claritel promises to clients. Outside of work, Masi enjoys anything that keeps his mind active and sharp, including puzzle challenges on LinkedIn Games. He is also drawn to technology and systems, and enjoys exploring tools, gadgets and smarter ways of doing things. Most importantly, he values time with family and keeping a healthy balance between ambition and personal life.

Brad Faram | Support Technician

Brad Faram is part of Claritel’s support team, helping customers each day with any queries or issues they may have with their services. With a strong knowledge of technology and a steady, helpful approach, he plays an important role in making sure clients get the support they need quickly and effectively. Focused on day to day customer care, Brad works closely with clients to resolve problems, answer questions, and help keep their services running smoothly. His role is all about being responsive, reliable, and making life easier for customers when they need support. Outside of work, Brad enjoys walking, especially after work and at weekends, with a particular love of routes that involve hills or mountains. He is also passionate about music and would like to learn how to produce music himself.

Chris Holt | Support Technician

Chris Holt is part of Claritel’s support team, helping customers resolve faults quickly and clearly over the phone and by email. He is known for being approachable and practical, focusing on getting to the root of the issue and keeping clients updated while it is being sorted. Chris enjoys the problem-solving side of support and takes pride in helping customers get back up and running with minimal disruption. Outside of work, Chris likes going on walks, gaming, and playing chess. He also enjoys watching TV and films.

Yes. We often resolve issues remotely first. If needed, we then arrange an on-site visit.

Yes. We support clients with multiple locations. Also, we support teams working from home or on the move.

Yes. We can provide extra capacity and specialist support. For example, we can help during holidays or absences.

We keep communication clear and consistent. Also, we share updates until the issue is resolved.

Yes. Many clients prefer one supplier for telecoms, connectivity, and IT. Therefore, support is joined up and simpler. However, all are available as stand alone services.
